Here is a write up I did.
-----------------------------
Went to the 3 hour seminar the night before and you learn about road craft ,buffering and talk about things see have seen and done and how to improve you road postions ,talk about the basics like ..set up and squeees the brake .....not grab them.
Learn about doing things is order ,like if you got to stop quick.
Check mirror first ,set up and squees... etc.
Talk about ,being in gear at lights to make a quick get away ,when you hear the car behind you lock it up and its aiming to get you..etc etc..
Got to the track and its raining ...first thing in the rooms and you learn how to enter and exit and the flag colours meanings.
Talk about your posture ..loose arms ...grip with the knees ..
All pretty basic stuff ,but you do pick up a tip or two .
And the you watch the instuctors doing cone weaves and body postions when doing these moves .
Then you get to go out on the track and do a few laps at about 60kph and just learn it ...its not hard there is like 5 corners.
So im cruising around thinking im Rossi leaning into the corner .
Then OH SHIT ...the back steps out FUCK FUCK ..and then it come back and all was good again "but now with my confidence SHOT TO THE SHIT " and sit upright and do another lap and my hearts doing 1000 beats a minute.
We come in and a few people said they also lost it on a few corners ...the tracks WET!.
And we go and do some slow cone weaves on the track and after the weave you go around the track and there is another one set up and you do it again ....and around to the first cone weave bit again ....do this for about 30 minutes. Its all good fun.
The instuctor does a few Quick stops ,show you how to do it.
And also blipping the throttle and using the front brake at the same time and slowing down from speed.
You go out and do it on the track and they give you feed back on what your doing wrong or right and then you zoom around the track and line up and do the ,drills again .....all good fun even in the wet.
Then lunch ..bring your own.
After lunch and have a chat and we are going to get to the good speeds and getting cornering tips .
And they canceled the rest of the day .
The instuctors said it was to wet and alot of people had trouble on a few corners .. they had truck racing the week before and there was alot of oiling coming up from the road .
So saftey first and they said sorry ....pointed to a new guy that turned up and said hes the boss and you can come and do it ALL again for no extra ,just ring and rebook a day ,after I left it REALLY pissed down and I was happy to be on my way home ,not happy in the storm I was in ,but alot more confident from riding on the wet track and feeling the rear slid and come back and the bike handled it and I handled it ,with alot more confidence on the wet ride home
Very good of stay upright considering we did more then 4 hours training .
I would of been happy for half price next course or some thing ,its wasn't their fault it was raining or the track was greasy.
So I'll practice what it learnt and then go to it all again next month.
Here is a few pictures.

Oh and the instuctors where all racers or some sort ,one is 2nd in the supermoto at the moment.
One was a winner of the {I think } Castrol 6hr partner with Wayne Gardiner .
So good people to learn from and made you feel relaxed and made the day fun
And the people in the course were all friendly and we all had fun and all sorts or skill levels and bikes.
