Set the meter to odometer, then press and hold ADJ button for 2 seconds to switch between km/h and mph.

Or alternatively, leave it on Km/h and join us over here in the real world! The world of the metric system! (Everyday i have to deal with you Americans and you're outdated imperial bearings, output shaft sizes and hard to source industrial parts!!!((alot of the machines and maintenance components that big industry such as timber mills, abbatoirs etc use is developed in the USA, and is not readily stocked in Australia))) I curse whenever my callipers line up on a "nothing imperial size" at work. I mean, i had a gearbox the other day with an output shaft of 1- 13/32"... Wtf is that? Needless t say it was a long day lol

If the above procedure doesn't work then try this. It works on mine.

1. With the ignition switch in the "on" position press the mode button to select the Total Odometer reading, (In the LCD "ODO")
2. Turn off the ignition switch and wait a few seconds.
3. Still switched off, push the RESET and SELECT buttons and hold them down.
4. With the RESET and SELECT buttons still pushed down, turn the ignition switch on and hold the buttons down and wait until the LCD changes from MPH to Km/H or back the other way depending on what it was at first.(it may be few seconds).

If you disconect the battery, or the speedo, for any time you will have to reset Km/H or MPH depending on preference.

To reset trip meter, push the bottom button until you get to the trip meter (there are two) then hold the top button for about two seconds and the trip meter will reset to 0

alternatively, you can just unplug the thing, and plug it back in.

;)
