I have never localized the buzz on my 650F. Seems to come from the left fairing. :( I wear earplugs, anyway.

windscreen, or associated plastics. pull out your meter panel, reinstall gauges on your fuel tank on a towel, bring to 3000 repeatedly and go looking with a phillips head screwdriver.
Once you track it down once, it'll be a cinch to just tighten it back up every oil change or so.

I had the same issue. Actually, it turns out it was the right side fairing. About midway down the fairing, right about where the engine cylinder is, there are a couple of rubber pads inside the fairing. If the fairing is just a little off, it will buzz. While it is running in neutral, run up to about 3000 rpm and put your hand on the fairing midway down and about where the engine cylinder is, it should stop. Just loosen up the bolts on the fairing and move it around just a bit, the retighten the bolts. hope this is what is your issue.

Sounda like the spot where my buzz is centered on, but on the other side- will check it out.
