In looking at your avatar, I see you have some kind of luggage that looks like it attaches to the seat somehow. That looks like something I would be interested in for taking an overnight trip. Never tried it but it seems that a backpack would flap in the wind and create a lot of drag going 70 mph. What kind of luggage is that, how much did it cost and where can I find one like it if you don't mind my asking? Thanks muchly!

Not sure on what one Oxbow has ,but they are called seat bags ,or tail bags .
Will give you a few different ones from google search ,while waiting for oxbow to answer.

I have a ventura seat bag.
http://www.ventura-bike.com/products.aspx?type=SeatBag
See it has a base mat that you sit on the seat and you have 4 clips to keep it on.
Unclip them walk away with the bag and the mat stays on the seat ..
My one also unzips to make it taller when needed.
I will never carry a backpack on a bike ,stuff moves around and they can get heavy ,plus if you come off and land on your back ,your going to hurt your self more when you land on the bag and what ever is in the bag.

Thanks muchly Sleddog. But...the link you provided is the distributor and there is a link to a vendor but I could not find the model you have. Do you know where it can be found? I looked and looked over the site but didn't see it. Thanks

You rang?

It's a Nelson Rigg tail bag

http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com/1/4/71/5545/ITEM/Nelson-Rigg-Expandable-Sport-Tail-Pack.aspx

I love it and keep it on the bike all the time. It holds a lot of junk and expands to hold even more. It comes with a rain cover too. I have had it for almost 2 years now and it is holding up very well.
