three days after I bought my F I had an "issue" with the kick stand that resulted in a broken clutch lever. How hard is it to replace it? I know there is a bolt that acts as the pivot point but how does the hydraulics play into the equation? I am for the most part mechanically inclined. since I have to replace it I am thinking about the colored one on ebay.

Easy as chips to replace undo the bolt and it comes off , line the piston up and push back in when installing the new ones , add some grease to the guts of the lever as it moves. You have to swap the inside of the lever (a little steel ball like piece and stick it into the new lever).

I bought the blue ones on ebay , however after a month or so the paint is starting to wear off , particularly the clutch lever, but they still look cool.
I ordered the hayabusa levers as they are the same ( gen 1)
