Hi All
Just become the proud owner of an 09 Blue / White GSX650F K8 after replacing my 8 month old Gladius....
Always liked the look of the GSX-F and regretted buying the 'Naked' Gladius (even though the ride / engine was sweet), so dipped my hand back into my pocket to upgrade to the GSX-F.
On the way back from collecting it, I braved the UK Winter weather (it was dry / sunshine - surprising heh??!!) and took the long way home.....
The engine is amazingly smooth and the power is just perfect across the whole range, this in combination with the silky sweet gearbox makes me really pleased with my choice!!
As a relative newbie to biking my only real reference has been the detuned 500cc Honda CBF's you do your test on and my Gladius and I have to say that the GSX-F is miles ahead in respect of Refinement and Comfort....I'm really pleased with my choice and to be honest I can't imagine wanting to ever change it. Its powerful enough, really comfortable and easy on the finances (insurance, fueling etc)
I also love the sound of it....(bring on Spring!)
I'll post some pictures when the sun comes out, in the meantime, my spending plan is....
- Black Hugger - Black Undertray - Fender Extenda - HID Kit - Full Suzuki or Givi Hard Luggage (in matching Blue)

Dr.Flemo (love that screename!!)
Congrats on the purchase and welcome to the forum.
Make sure you do a bit of research into the HID kit before you buy and install. Some riders (not necessarily from this forum, but there is a few good threads about it) have had a few issues with HID.
