I have a 2007 GSX650F that has only 2300 miles. It was stored covered for the winter and has always been covered when not in use. It started stuttering at random times this spring. Seems to be better when the tank is full, but then it gets pretty random at times. I have tried using injector cleaner in three full tanks that I have run through it, but that hasn't helped. Anyone have a similar problem that they were able to trace down?

Maybe a 2008? If it were mine, I'd take the tank off and dump the gas. Eliminate that issue then move on. Yes, I know you said 3 tanks, but adding good gas to contaminated gas doesn't solve the issue. Just my 2ยข.

Watch were you buy your gas too some are lesser than others. and if you go say to a run of the mill gas station out in the boonies. try not to use the super as it may have sat in the pump for sometime causing there to get water in the line as I understand!
