See attached pictures. I trimmed fender up and removed license plate light. I installed small led light on rear and installed led lights in vents. I shortened the rear turn signals and mounted them higher, and painted the brake groupo and foot rest guards.
Very nice! How'd you trim your rear turn signals? I've been thinking about different rear turn signal mods but shortening them sounds like a cheaper mod...
I noticed that the turn signals were flexible and that the mounting hardwarer is only in the base of the signal. Under the seat there are clips that connect and dis-connect the wiring. Under the fender there are nuts that hold the turn signals on the fender. Then remove the mounting screw that holds the clear lense to the rubber. I had to cut the wires connecting them to the clips that connect the wires under the seat and pulled the wires through the rubber mounting. I made a template of the top of the rubber, because it is narrower than the base. I literally trimmed the rubber with a very sharp knife, using the template as a guid of the right size. I pulled the wires back through the rubber mounting, I used wire connectors to reconnect the wires. Screwed the lense covers back on. I used a slightly longer metal screw to make sure I had a good connection. I used the trimmed fender with the original mounting holes to cut new holes through the trimmed up fender. Take your time and make sure you have enough space to connect everything and bolt it down right. It is a very tight fit, but worth it in the end.
I picked a paint that is supposed to look anodized. I also ordered the anodized levers. I forget the brand, I bought it at an automotive store. I removed the parts and dissassembled them, and clear coated them for better protection.

Good work. What's the brand of the paint that you used?
Yes, removing some of the stuff was trick. The rubber pegs have a little bracket and a ball bearing. Just be careful and keep the bearing together with the little bracket. I had no problems with the reinstall.

Cool ,im still not 100% sure if I'll do it ,but I could maybe polish them??? or paint them black if I wasn't happy.
Ok ..just had a look at the pegs and hangers if I do this .
But got some questions ???
Gear side looks easy ,just undo the bolts and the hanger and peg comes off.
But on the brake side ...its conected to the brake lever and to the master cylinder ,with the bolt {rod} and nuts..
What did you have to do to get this off .????
I got an idea ,but not 100% sure Any tips

There are two bolts that holt the linkage on the groupo. There is a retaining pin at the bottom of the linkage. Once those are undone It comes right off. There is a spring that clips on the brake pedal and the linkage, it was pretty easy. No issues with re-assembly and I am only mildly mechanical. I thought about polishing them as well. I will have to see how the paint holds up.
