If you notice on your bike, mine does it as well,
when it is on the side stand the sight glass shows a very
low oil level, but once you stand the bike up, then the level will be normal, the sight
glass is made to be used when the bike is straight up and down.

Oil, I was wondering what was in that hole, I kept lookin' in there to see if the gears was goin' round,
besides if there ain't nothin' in there it can't leak out right, I guess after 45 years of ridin' you can still
learn some thin new every day, Or you might be crazy like you said, 'course it don't hurt to be a
little crazy ridin' one of them 2 wheel contraptions,, Later DaveG

hmm... the pegs were actually moved forward... I'm guessing you do more touring than canyon carving? I was hoping to see a DIY rear-sets... :-P

clean work nonetheless. are the shifter and rear brake in a comfortable functional position?

Yes, a lot of my riding will be to get to area's where there are curves, central Florida does not have to many
curves or hills, the riding position is like the old style standard motor cycle, but I am still able to use all the
tire and foot peg grinding is minimal, you just have to use a little more finesse when leaned over to the max,
I am headed out in 2 weeks for a 2000 mile trip in the N.C.-Tennessee Dealers Gap area, been through there
with my C50 but that was more work than fun, hoping the GSXF will really shine in them thar hills, I still want
to do some more clean up on the design of the mounting plates, catch yas later,, DaveG

You have moved your pegs forward, and you're planning to do the Dragon? :? That's

Draggin' hard parts, ya I know, my C50 did some major draggin' on the Dragon, I would hope the GSX is no where near as
bad, shouldn't be, the pegs are farther forward and only about an inch lower than stock, besides, it will
keep me from getting to stupid, (I HOPE) Later, DaveG

You should assemble the parts and make a kit and sell them, looks good.
