Ok, so call me young or foolish (I don't mind :D )
But can anyone recommend a good quality, but also LOUD  slip on?
The standard chimney stack is a tad quiet for my liking. If I'm riding in traffic I want all the cars within a 100m radius of me to know I'm there.

Just get into all the cars and rip out the sound proofing. It's the only way.

Scorpion, reasonably loud, but sound is nice and deep, It gets peoples attention and never needs repacking. If you crash and trash it, you can buy another for half price from Scorpion.

beowulf = loud enough
take the DB killer out = ken loud IMO

2 bros pipes are also loud but never heard one on a GSXF so can't comment for the bike. I have heard them on a GSXR thou and yes - LOUD, but he had a few other mods also

But mr plod will ask you why and probably want you to pay a few more dollars to the state coffers

I've got a Yoshi TRC with the Db Killer removed which I consider to be loud enough but not so over the top that it attracts unwanted attention.
So far Police have had no issues with it (i've been around quite a few) and it's impact on surrounding traffic is enough to draw attention and be noticed in the crowd.

What and where do I find this DB killer on my Yoshi exhaust? I would like to remove this and see what sound difference I notice.

I have a Scorpion too, with the baffle removed. Sounds great particularly under power !! 8)

Depends on what model Yoshi you have I guess, but if it's like mine you have what looks like a solid metal ring around the tip
of the pipe which continues as a metal sleeve into the exhuast. That is the Db Killer.
You should also be able to see the nut (just looks like a small thick round disk) on the inside.
Locate the rubber plug on the outside tip of the can that lines up with the internal nut and pull it out.
Up inside that hole is the screw that hold the Db killer in place and threads through to the internal nut.
Once you undo that the Db Killer will come out.

My Db killer did not come out easy. It took around 20min with a hammer and screwdriver slowly working around the ring and
hitting it off. I also can't get it back in without reducing the diameter of the metal ring first. It is a very tight fit!!!

Thanks for the help duhla. After finding the correct allen wrench, I removed the DB Killer in seconds. WWWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW what a difference for me. Took her for a ride since it was around 60 degrees today and love the sound particularly on deceleration and coasting to a stop sign or stop light. Whats that noise? Oh thats me passing by ya :D :D :D :D :D

Thanks for all the help guys, I really appreciate it.
I'm waiting on a few phone calls with prices on a bunch of pipes.
At this stage i'll be leaning towards a two brothers or a yoshi.. I guess the price will play a part in deciding
But the youtube vids of the two brothers pipes are very persuasive :D
