It would be very close but the Busa still comes out on top. The Busa's power delivery is better than the ZX14.
They are so damn close though it's pointless anyone trying to say which is better. The Busa is a 1340cc and the ZX is a 1352cc.
IMO if they were side by side it would be all about rider experience to who crosses the line first.

If it was a short distance race there is one thing that will leave a Busa and ZX14 for dead and that's a V-MAX with 1679cc - 200hp and 166Nm of torque.
