Manic Salamanders are incredibly easy to remove and install. If you think you will be changing your grips regularly, you might want to consider them. When installing my heated grips last weekend it took me less than 15 seconds to remove BOTH bar ends :)

You only have to losen the screw enough to be able to wiggle the whole bar end assembly off.

At least now you know what to do next time :wink:

I find it helps to loosen the screw the night before you want to remove the bar ends. That gives the rubber grommet thingy time to decompress, making it easier to remove stubborn bar ends.
