Just wanted to say hi all from Michigan. Just found the site and joined right up. The wife and I bought our bikes back in July of 08 (hers GSXR600 - his GSX650F). Having a great time and looking forward to the great advice on this site.

Welcome to the club! I had to make sure my better half was behind me so she has a Honda Shadow 600 VLX. So, Tell me how did that combination come to be?
Interesting concept.

Some are decals and some are paint. Ordered the whole kit off of Ebay but we weren't to happy with the quality. Next time, we will stick with OEM and have them painted.

And by the way, the bandana is for most improved student at the safety class. She did a really good job and I would recommend a safety class for anyone starting out.

welcome..... She is going to outrun you though.
The outrunning so to speak is only going to happen for the first 90 miles. Then its going to be him wishing he was still on his comfy bike rather than stopped somewhere while his lady is using a potty break as an excuse to rest her wrist and back.
Believe me.... My freind (rides a Gsxr 750) Would not take a trip with me due to the time required. His words..... "Thats to long to be on my bike. You have a more upright bike."
Congrats on the bikes lnmmazur and welcome to the forum!
