Yep, I love it. It made cleaning and adjusting the chain a breeze.

Welcome to the forum! I got my '08 black GSX at the age of 53 and couldn't be happier.

My suggestion is to get good quality parts. I got the R&G framesliders, and they are worth the money. Much more sturdy than some out there.

I love having a centre stand. The framesliders and centre stand were the first two mods I did on my bike. Then I wanted an exhaust, but didn't know what to do because I had the centre stand...

I wanted a Yoshi R77 (also worth the money) and after checking around here I learned that the Bandit 1250 part fits the GSX and comes with the tab for the centre stand stop. Love it.

I haven't done a headlight upgrade yet, but it's on my list.

One other thing I plan on doing is changing to a 16 tooth front sprocket. Corrects the speedo error and drops the revs on the highway. I've got one sitting in the garage now waiting to be installed.

Enjoy!
