Well Folks, :D :D
I am now the proud owner of a new 2008 GSX650F, In black and silver.
The dealer had a few left over and I got an unreal deal, after tax tag and etc. the OTD price was $5,500.00
I walked in and he had $4,999.00 marked on the tag.
Got it prepped and rode exactly 28 miles to my house and it started raining and poured all afternoon. :x .
First freaking rain we have had in weeks...figures..
I loved it, It fit like a well worn pair of blue jeans.
I ordered a centerstand at the same time.
I can't wait until my next days off to get some seat time.
Thanks for the advice.
I'll post a picture as soon and I can find my wife's camera.

Congrats- I am picking up my faster blue one next Saturday :D

Can't wait- I ordered the centerstand and having the dealer install it . I won't have to deal with the springs.

Congrats.

Thanks guys,
I just got back from an all too brief ride and it feels great.
Makes me wonder why I had a cruiser.
I found the camera and got a picture but I have no clue how to get it from camera to computer.
I'll get the wife to do it tonight.

Dude,
You sound exactly like I did when I got mine!!!!!!!
It is still hard to believe all the machine it is for the price you got!!!!
I know Suzuki raised the price a ton for 2009 model year.
I know you're gonna love it forever like the rest of us.

Happy safe riding to you, excellent choice.

Congrats !!!!!!!!!!!!! I've had mine for 2 weeks and I am absolutely in love with this bike. Current OTD price is $8100.00 in east Tennessee for an 09 model. ($7300.00 base plus tax , title, tags, etc...)

The dealer knows me well, I have bought 7 bikes from him.
He knew I was interested.
I think that is why the bargain price appeared.
He knows how to get me every time.

Good deal! I got my leftover '08 for $4800, but they got me to $6300 OTD. I thought I got a pretty good deal....but yours is incredible!

floridakat,

I have bought many bikes from this dealer,
They know that the great deals keep me coming back.
In addition, I take very good care of my bikes I trade in so the dealer gets to sell them for high retail and make some of his money back on the backside.

DB, which dealership? I'm looking to score a 650F and I'd love to get that kind of deal. I'm in Gainesville.
