Well, for those of you who have followed any of my posts recently, you may have noticed I intend to be getting a new Hayabusa sometime in the new year. My 650F is staying, but damn I want a Busa more than anything. Now that the new paint schemes have been released for 2010, it looks like I'm going to be joining the black bike club.

Yeah, the 2010 Black Busa is an awesome looking Busa.
We saw it at the Sydney Bike Show too and thought it looked great . If you do get the 2010 Black Busa and you think it looks good when photoshopped with polished rims, then maybe you might want to consider Galespeed wheels. My husband has 10 spoke Galespeeds on his Busa and not only are they very lightweight but they look fantastic.

Hey BabyBusa, I'd already checked them out on the Easy Rider Imports website. They look like a good set of rims. I'll probably get the stock ones polished and coated though. My mechanic showed me a technique that was done on a bike he's modding for a customer called 'black chrome' which looks seriously amazing.
Hows that 'un-packed' yoshi going?. Nice and Noisy !!!

That looks sooooo much better than the white one. I guess this means you are buying a brand new one? I can understand your excitement, I am excited about my next bike and I don't even know what it will be yet (or when).

Yep, brand spankin' new.
I'm even more excited about it now that I saw it in the flesh yesterday. Local dealer got one in on Monday. Frakin Awesome!!!!!!!!!. I think I'm now going with hard anodized red rims on this one.

Good looking bike BB and i like your ideas for mods - still a bloody big can though !! How long before you part with your $s
Wont be parting with the $$$ for a few months yet. I would like to have it ready for when Mescol gets here for the ride we are doing, but not sure if I can do that as yet. I am hoping for an early April purchase, but at the latest I will have it sitting in my driveway by the end of May.
