Location: NE Ohio. All of the good places were full
I use a Shorty helmet with zip-off ear covers, I have always used that type.
I have tried full helmets with flip down screens but felt claustrophobic and hot. My bikes have always had large windshields.

What kind of helmet do you use? (full, 3/4, shorty)
Any particular brand you like?

Full. I've used full for dirt biking for years and am used to it. The only time I use a shorty is drag racing.

I have the Joe Rocket 101 Carbon same color and basically the same helmet due to the construction being contracted out to HJC.

I have the Shark RSR2. It's great down here in the Houston heat! Lots of air flow, and it fits my head!

I started with a HJC Cl-15 "Draco"
A few months ago I got the HJC FS-10 (with the flip down integrated sunscreen)
I didn't like that so I got a Scorpion exo-1000.. REALLY hated that so I am using the HJC again awaiting something that really
jumps out at me but also includes the sunscreen.
I like the idea of not having to carry a tinted, and clear screen with me. I don't like wearing sunglasses with my helmet.
