I installed the slip-on a few weeks ago... p.s. I have a feeling that my bike lost some power on the lower revs, did any body experience the same whit changing the exhaust?
Since free-flowing exhausts make more HP at the top end, and at the expense of low end grunt, I am hesitant to replace my exhaust, regardless of how ugly it is. The proper backpressure/reflection of power pulses is where the low end is developed, so I was hoping that the cat would act to maintain the low end, but it sounds like such is not the case. Maybe I will try a pipe sized for a smaller bike to maintain low end but improve the sound and look. Hmmmmm...
The sound is very nice, much better then the one with stock exhaust (with stock it sounds more like hair dryer )
hope we meet somewhere in Croatia, so I can hear it in person
Takoder pozdrav zemljaku! Maybe se sretnemo jednog dana pa cemo dir!

For the loss at low revs - Now I drive the bike constantly so I think It is not that much of a loss. You do notice it in the beginning but it's maybe a 1000revs difference (probably less), I think I can spare that for a sound as great! I loved the bike from the first day but still the sound was funny - like having an electrical scooter or a 'hair dryer'! But now I feel like having a real strong and fast motorcycle. Now everyone hears you and turns around (that is a nice feeling)!

i noticed the stock exhaust fits better which could explain that loss of power, just inside the shaft it has a foam like ring which seals much better than the yoshi.I use a muffler bandage to make the joint tighter.
