It's actually at the end of my street. There are bush walking trails that go for about 5 - 10 km.

We were just setting off for a short ride before it started raining - any excuse for a ride!!

Cool pic Papa.

Tell me..... is it like father like son, or like son like father?. You look like you are re-living your youth and having a great time. At least you have a passion you can share with your son and spend some time together enjoying it all.

Gotta say too, I'm really liking the look of that screen and lamp cover you have.

Cheers. BB

I could see where he get's his sense of style from. He's just missing the lens cover to be up to par with pops. Nice pic!

Thanks BikerBoy & 40hz,

My grandfather, father, uncle, father-in-law, brother-in-law and wife all used to ride bikes. I would ride my wife's bike when we first got married (then came kids and no bikes).

My sons started riding and how could I stop them? My eldest son lives in Perth (the other side of Aust - for our overseas mates) and rides a 1994 R1, my bother son (in the photo) is still at home and rides a CBR1000RR as you can see.

When I said to my wife "Can I buy a bike, I reckon I have found a top one", how could she refuse.

Geoff beat me to replace the standard screen, I beat him to replace the pipe and lens covers. He has a silver screen and black lens covers. Just a bit of friendly competition.

It's good fun riding with mates !!!
