Hi guys,
I know this is maybe a little off-topic, I hope you won't mind and I appreciate all tips and info from you, more experienced guys. Some 10 days ago I rode with a pillion (for the first time) - everything went well, untill we finished and the girl felt some pain in her right leg/ankle. Probably caused by a wrong leg position on the footpegs combined with wrong shoes (she didn't have proper riding boots). The day after she said she can not move her foot up and since then she can not walk properly. Doctor said nothing special can be done with it and that she should wait ...
I feel a little bad about this, have you ever encountered something like this ?

sounds like a case of her body not being used to it. unless something is wrong (ie broken, sprained etc) there is nothing you can do except wait for her body to repair itself. you could always offer massages foot rubs etc etc - who knows where that may lead.

Sounds like a pinched nerve, so a massage might actually be a good call. If she was tense she might have tweaked some back muscles which could lead to this type of pain (sciatica, pinched sciatic nerve.) I hope she's better soon, and maybe work on her seating position and being relaxed. If the condition persists, I personally recommend acupuncture and/or massage over chiro', but this is just my opinion.

Very hard to know what is wrong with her right foot/ankle. Maybe it was bent up enough to put pressure on her achillies heal and the slight bouncing of the bike strained it.
She may already have had problems with her foot before the ride and it simply put the last staw on the camel's back, so to speak.
Human bodies are pretty resilient and heal up on their own. Takes a long time though for some parts to get back to normal.
