Went on a helicopter flight around Melbourne (my home city) today and these are some of the photo's.
Was a great ride, very smooth and the view was fantastic. We were at 2000 ft.
Enjoy!!!

This one is Albert Park Lake. The road that follows around the lake is the Grand Prix Circuit.
You can hear the F1 cars throughout the entire city and up to about 20km away. Mescol and I will be riding this in a few weeks time.

This is the Melbourne Cemetery. I never knew how big the place was until you see it from above.

This is the Melbourne Zoo.

This is the Eureka Tower. One of the worlds tallest Buildings. It has a sky deck that is a big glass box that extends out
from the side of the building so you can see all around and straight down. I went to a party here once on the 89th floor.
On the right is the Melbourne Arts Centre

BB, were you ever lucky it wasn't raining. we all know Melbourne has 4 seasons in a day  Great pics mate, looks like the hockey centre beside the zoo.

Looked for your bike, but couldn't see it. I thought you might have snapped the Busa beside the chopper.

Guess what Papa.....it rained about an hour later. No surprise there

Would have loved to get a shot of the Busa up next to the chopper, but they wouldn't let me take it on the runway.....trust me I did ask!!!
