There is no them. MetricMetal is a one man shop. This is just something that grew out of his need for one off parts for his own motorcycle and his access to a machine shop. Just let him know what you're interested in and your contact information, and I'm sure he'll be in touch. He's probably out riding.

I have actually been making custom motorcycle parts for over 35 years, and I was making and selling parts for the Honda VTX's which I still do for 4 years before I bought my Bandit. I didn't officially start up my website, http://www.metrickmetal.com until last year. I also have my own in house machine shop. :)

Yeah, though I'm new there, I've already managed to pick up on what you've been doing through your posts and topics over on Maximum-Suzuki. Pretty awesome stuff!

Freedom Pro,

Sorry that you have not been able to contact me, as I check my emails at least 3 times a day, and answer all inquiries quickly, so maybe you have been using one of my old email addresses?, I also check my phone messages daily and I don't remember getting a call from you.

Anyway, you can call me at 661-722-5226 between 8am and 8 pm Pacific time and email me at metrickmetal@hotmail.com.

As far as my website telling you that it will not ship to Canada, I don't know what to say as I ship all over the world including Australia and the UK without any problems. I've contacted my friend who setup my website and does all of the maintenance on it and have him see if something is set to not allowing shipping to Canada and if there is a problem, get it fixed ASAP. In the mean time you can tell me what your looking for and make your payment directly to my PayPal account.

Did you create a user account on my website before attempting to place your order, or were you placing your order as a guest?. :)

Thanks. Scott

Are those the stock GSX-650 mirrors in those pictures?

I might swing for a set of mounts! (if only to get rid of the antennae type look of the front! The improved visibility would be a bonus!)

They are the stock Bandit 1250 mirrors, which are the exact same mirrors that are used
on the GSX650F. :)

You can place your order for them directly on my website, as it will calculate the shipping cost and make your payment using PayPal.

Can you rotate the mirrors forward and backward while riding like the stock mirrors? Or are they stationary once the adjustments are made and the allen screw is torqued down?

The mirrors mount to the L brackets in the exact same manner that the mirrors mount to the stock brackets, using the stock flat washers that fit in each of the recesses on each side of the mirror stem mounting hole, and a button head screw in place of the stock black finished allen screw, so yes the mirrors can be pivoted on the angled brackets just like the stock mounts allow. You can also use the stock black allen screw with the stock black flat washer also if you prefer that look. :)

I think what Bronx Bull was getting at is that the stock setup clamps the mirror stalk in a fork at the mount. The bolt tightens the two sides of that fork onto the stalk, and the mirror can be adjusted without loosening the clamp bolt. With my SW-Motech mirror extenders, which has the clamp bolt clamping onto the washer like your system, there's enough friction between the mirror stalk, the washer, and the bolt head, that the bolt can loosen when the mirror is adjusted, neccessitating the need to have an allen wrench handy.
