Very good info, thank you to all.
Does anyone have instructions on how to remove the two cups on the fairing behind those screens?
I am looking to put some lights in there but cannot seem to get the cups removed. Do I need to remove the entire fairing? Maybe just a part of it? I want to do it myself instead of taking it to a shop.

do a search here for LED lights and there is a thread talking how to mount lights there and remove the fake fents

For those that want some proper HIDs without cutting wires, etc. Here is a fantastic choice.

http://www.motorcyclehidlights.com/suzu ... asts-p-209

The guys are in the US, but I had them ship to Dubai. Did all installation myself and without any removal of fairing, etc. The entire installation took about 2 hours, but that only because I could not get the damn covers back on. I decided on the 10k and they are a beauty. With an order, you get 2 slim ballasts, all the wiring, the instructions manual and get this...2 lights (H7 and 9005). The prices are also very affordable.

Those look like a nice option. I'm gonna try these out what the heck they are only $37:

I just got that HID kit installed this afternoon. What with installing heated grips and a socket to connect the battery tender, and the relay and terminal blocks, I have a few loose ends to tidy up with all the mods I've done to the electrical system before I can take the bike out for a ride, but I do expect to get out either Friday or Saturday. Saturday is most likely for a night ride. I'll provide a report soon. The kit seems like a quality item, but one thing is sure, I'm gonna need to order another kit so I have spares.

Well, the verdict is in. Not only is there a more light, widespread light, but the blue/white color of the light seems to illuminate the night much better than the yellowish light from the stock bulbs. I'm loving it. I got the 6000k color temp bulbs.

Hey vin, check this one out. Not a terrible price. Amazon has the same kit for 110 I believe, but this would probably end up being the same or cheaper as the shipping is free when you spend over $89.

AND the picture shown is obviously not of a 650F, but the same kit on Amazon does show a small picture of the back of the F.
