Ok ,so the bars are for a ninja 650 ,sold as sport bars .. With abit of research ,our stock bars at 99% the same as the ninja ..height ,pull back ,width etc ,only difference is the hole in the base plate for the handle bars didn't match..the top 2 bolts are 9cm wide ,where ours is 8cm top and bottom. So I ordered them $200 delivered here in OZ ,then sent them to a enginner to set the holes 8cm wide top and bottom to fit our clamp. They used a plug ,by using heat to open the holes ,drop a plug in it and take the heat off and it tightens on the plug ....re drilled and all done.....pics later. It was a pretty much a straight fit ,old bars.. out new on ,alittle drilling out for the bar ends as they are set up for a ninja bar end.
Got some Driven 3D grips...to much cutting to fit them ATM..,so I just got some cheap ones at the local bike shop for a litle while . Added some Driven preload adjusters as they stick out now with the sport bars ,so alittle bling. Added a silver tube ,rego holder. New silver swing arm spools.
Now the Pipe ...sounds fucking AWESOME...I started my bike in the shed ...first thing I heard was VROOOM and I heard the old lady next door say ... OH what was thats Looks great sounds AWESOME ...video to follow in a day or so with more pics and info ,to tired.

Video of exhaust or ban! Looks good mate. It's a very... Unique looking exhaust at the very least. I hope the "Silencer" part of the pipes brand name is a "Silencer" by name only... That thing looks like it should be loud!

Very cool, nice work!
Haven't shown you all my latest bling mod. I guess I'm taking my bike in a different direction than some of you. I added a Givi toprack and Maxia E52 case. An interesting benefit is that when I get above 80 miles an hour having the case back there seems to alter the aerodynamics enough that my head isn't getting bounced around by wind buffetting. At higher speeds, it's like I'm in a bubble of smooth air. Not too hideous, huh?

Oh, I forgot to mention that I also replaced my brake lines with HEL braided stainless lines, and replaced my brake pads with EBC HH pads front and rear. You can see the new lines on the front caliper and on top of the swing arm in the pic above. The difference in feel over the OEM lines and pads is amazing. Put titanium pins in the front too. Still working on a pin for the rear.
@Sled AWESOME, friggn' awesome what you did with the bike, you're seeing be drooling all over my desk..... that was worth the waiting, well done. Sound probe please, that pipe of your is WOW.
@Bike, Cool mods of yours, I like it, I yet went for the tourmaster bag set, I personally found it more versitile, as I don't want that case always on, foremost the rack though. Here's a pic, when she's (my SuziF) in travel trim.

I meant with versatility the handling of the bags, putting them on the bike, taking them off and so forth. As I use my SuziF only for pleasure and fun. If I need to do a food run, I'll take my truck. A case is always very roomy and offers a lot of space, come to that, versatility is key, if you depend on storage room. I agree whole heartily with you.

Bars look good, but the exhaust is awesome. You will need to work out how to make the fake vents in the front proper intake vents to suck in all the kittens when you start the bike and go riding. You've now got the "kitten launcher" bolted to the side of the bike to exhale them.

Here is a quick video from my phone ,so not the best ...I will add a walk around video and the mods ,when I get my camera back from a mate....oh and baffles are in. The video sound is not the best ,same with most videos ,sounds nothing like real life ,but you get the drift of how it rumbles ...does sound like a real bike now. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1T4epR4s7YU

BAFFLED!?! Do i have to go through my opinion and theory on baffles again!?! Let it be free!!!! It also sounds like you're struggling to crouch down and get in close at a few points mate... Feeling old? lol. Sounds good though mate. Again, certainly a unique looking pipe... You'll have to do a fly by for us so we can hear her in action... Btw, are they really strict in the city's on unbaffled exhausts?

Not really strict ,I know a few guys that have been dobbed in by people ,they get a letter and have to go to the pits for a noise test. I just can't be stuffed worrying about noise and shit ,to old to want it screaming in my ear as well for hours and pissing people in the culter sack I live in coming and going at 5am or midnight ,I just wanted a good looking pipe and a bit of a rumble. My pipe is road legal with the baffles in ,its under 94DB...I got paper work that says it from IXIL .

Right on Sled, you got a nice looking and sounding bike. I baffled my Yoshi, for obvious reasons, apart from the ones you named, I kind of turned white, when I saw for the first time, that my Yoshi pipe is everything but street legal, so I want to lay low before the cappos get to love my bike too much. BTW, is that a 180 tire you got there in the rear? Got it run super slap flat it looks. Congratulations, you got a nice piece of SuziF under your arse!!!!
PS: Ordered me the Pazzo levers, since they have the adjuster in Orange and I could get 'em at EBay from them for free shipping and $20 cheaper. Thanks again for that hint!!!
