Did you get an angled license plate bracket like liveaverage? I also put this tailight on recently but I haven't moved my license plate up higher yet because I want to have a plan together before I start cutting off the fender.
No i got the fender chop when i took it to my dealer i jus decided this light would look great so i put it on , and yes like others say the install was very easy!! i figure their cant be much done to the performance(which is already very fast enough) so im gonna make mine look good...

It's a catch me if you can- or rather if it's even worth it. I think some cops would most likely give you a ticket if they knew but add it onto something else you might have done to get their attention in the first place.
