We have a law that states our indicators need to be a minimum distance apart. (varies per state, but mine is aprox. 170mm) There are a few other combined regulations too that stops us from using the intergrated kits. Another is the ADR compliance which says the lenses and everything have to meet Australian Standard.
If we install one of these are bikes are no longer roadworthy and the Police will pull it off the road.
Looks GREAT, buttttttttttt ........ Legal in States? ... i.e. are left & right signals spaced far enough apart?
Yeah Im pretty sure there legal I dont see y not because I always see people riding around with a lot smaller lights. and the turn signals are very distinctive from the red led's. In the pic i have the hazards going. but to me they seem far apart enough...

Did you get an angled license plate bracket like liveaverage? I also put this tailight on recently but I haven't moved my license plate up higher yet because I want to have a plan together before I start cutting off the fender.

Purchased the same for my bike. Very easy install. I cut my fender leaving some of the vertical area that used to be there for the old tail light and reinstalled the liscense plate thus leaving the plate vertical. As far as legal or not? I like the cleaner look and if the cops want to stop me just for that and not speeding? Actually I have been thinking about reinstalling the old rear turn signals somewhere but currently it is just a thought.
