Sorry about the accident. Were your wearing any sort of protective riding gear?

was wearing full riding gear .. gloves , Hein Gerecke fabric jacket/trousers with armour , RST boots and a Shoei Raid lid.

Lid hit the road and got bad scuffs and is no longer useable, rest of kit intact and useable except for a mysterious hole in my left knee which is odd given that I fell on my RHS ... ?

got the price of repairs from my Suzuki dealer and it's £2000 !!! ouch ... I only pay £250 as my excess.

it needs :-

indicator
lower RHS fairing
nose fairing
fairing frame
clutch cover
crankshaft end cover
rear brake pedal
mirror
panniers
crash bungs/bar ends/fork protectors
front brake lever

At least you can move your foot further back when ya use the rear brake
A lil super glue and some touch up paint and you are good to go. :D

I am glad that YOU are ok. At least the bike can be repaired and in a shorter time than if you had gotten hurt or worse.
Good luck and get back on the saddle soon bud.

All the best,

John
