Put all the How to DIY threads into one ...so if you find one or wrote one.. or will do one ...stick it in here and maybe Arenalife will make it a sticky so new owners can find them easy.

These how-to's are great, too bad most of the images are gone. I'm new to the GSXF and looking for things to improve on. Just added some Led Brake light flashers:

How to Adjust the Shift Lever
Remove the 3 fasteners on the counter shaft sprocket cover with a 4mm Allen
Loosen the 2 10mm lock nuts, the top is right hand thread, the lower is left handed thread. Once loose rotate the shaft in the center until the shift lever is where you want it, leave the cover off and test ride before you put it back on
