How terrible that must be to have to mount a license plate horizonally. How will those poor people ever manage to find pleasure in riding again.

I have to say I am probably the rare biker that really supports the vertical plate issue. Owning a cruiser and a sport bike I think safety is a major issue for our sport/passion. I can't help but think that I am the only one that if my loved ones are involved in a vehicle incident and a car/bike leaves the seen, I want that plate to be legible. The plates on our bikes is already smaller and harder to read without adding to it by rotating it.
If you show the bike or something I think a removable plate would be the way to go. The plate just isn't part of the art of the bike.
Alright..go ahead and tell me how wrong I am.
