Is there any noticable difference in the performance of the F model when installing an aftermarket air filter such as the K&N ?? Or, is it just an "I think I can tell a difference" thing ?

If you want the truth about K&N and other washable filters read this.

I personally won't run one on any of my engines, lawn mower or otherwise. They let way to much crap by them and over the long haul will shorten engine life considerably depending on your local driving conditions.

The increase is minimal really. More air is getting into the engine, but without a full exhaust to give 100% flow it's really not that much of an increase. It does sound cool though.. :)
