My settlement pittance lobs in THIS AFTERNOON & I'm straight down 2 the dealers to pick up my new GSex. OOOOOHHHHHH, golly golly golly I'm so excited I'm afraid I may put some extra wind resistance past the windshield (Yair, as if). And I am getting BLACK!!! Why? BECAUSE I CAN!! You never hear of BLUE & WHITE holes sucking in spaceships, the BLUE & WHITE knight, a bottomless BLUE & WHITE pit, the BLUE & WHITE plague etc. but you get the idea!
Anyhoo, will post more when I prise my fat ass off the seat in about 3 days or so!
Ooroo til then

Picked up my bike on Friday with a bit of muckin around. Because I had my 4 year old son with me it was a bit of a shuffle between dealer, grandma etc. but I made it out! Because of work & RAIN (got water spots on it already ) I've put up a grand total of 56 k's on it but every one of them has been fantastic! I love it & will b posting photos of it as soon as I get a bit of sun this way.
Fortunately the Oz version (or is it just coz it's the k8 version?) doesn't have the stripes on the tank - looks heaps cooler .
On a different point - I asked the dealer (9,990 OTD inc. 6 months reg. BTW) what his take was on clutchless shifting, as I used to pretty much only use the clutch on the z for hanging my St, Christopher off. He said on the upshift it's fine, not a big deal, but on downshifting definately nyet. Anyone else got a take on this? Thanks guys.
