I'm a newbie rider, loving my GSX650F :D

I'm finding that the piant on the guard is being scrubbed off by my boots, I guess this is because I ride with my feet up against the guard and not in the middle of the peg for example - is this normal, or anything I should be concerned about other than the paint coming off the guard?

cheers

Davidos

other then the paint issue that's about it.. That's why the guard is there.. Eventually they will probably have aftermarket options for replacing them as well.

Don't worry about it.
If you want to make the bike still look good ,go the a big bike shop ,and you can get carbon fiber sticker sheets ,cost a couple of dollars .
Put the stickers over the guards and then cut them out with a razor blade to their shape.
