Great idea to illustrate the mods you've done! Your bike looks great .... and the dog looks well-loved!
Would be great if more of us shoot similar video as pictures are worth thousands of words.

Nice vid sleddog. You've got some good mods happening there. I love the decals you had made, especially the GSX one.

Don't understand why you'd feel a little strange. My wife tells me that I do it all the time and I don't feel strange. :?:

I am 177cm tall (not sure of my inside leg measurement).

I went for a 3 day ride on the weekend, over 1200Km with the new screen and my fears were unfounded, it was no noisier (or quieter) than my old screen. I didn't get significant buffering, however I can't do ride videos the same was as the lower portion of the screen is fully blacked out, blocking 1/3 of the view in the camera.

Nice mods Sleddog. I thought I was the only person in Sydney that had an all black GSX650F, as I haven't seen another one around.

I would be interested to know how you painted the air ducts and also what sort of indicators you put on the bike. I have been looking at MCA at some indicators, but I'm just not sure.

I also argue with myself, it's when I interrupt myself when I am arguing that you should be worried

I'm in the Gong now ,just leave sydney on my profile . 8)

If you look under your faring behind the air duct is 3 screws ,one either side and one on top ,undo them and its still sort of attached some how ,might be alittle glue ,but you can side the mesh out from the side easy as ,prime it and paint it red ,cost about $15 from bunnings for spray paint and you done.

Image

See here for some pictures of the mesh when I took it out.
http://s185.photobucket.com/albums/x67/Sleddog107/?start=120

Indictors are OXFORD carbon mini {SHORT} from bike biz parramatta ,cost $30 a pair and get the {type 2} indicator spacers ,they will fill in the holes in the fairings ,they are $15 a pair.
So all up its $90....and road legal and make the bike look heaps better and are much brighter then the old lights .

See bikebiz website for online ordering and got them sent out in 2 days. 8)
