Well... it's been a long winter, & today it was all worthwhile, I just picked up my brand new 650F! It was a pretty chilly 100k ride from the dealer, but oh so fun!! The union between me & this bike is going to be a long one! My last ride (Boulevard M50) used to cramp up my arms in about 30 min, but I'm pain free with the 650F, perfect riding position for me. And the gear box... I don't know what some people are complaining about... it's as smooth as silk... in fact, the whole bike is just unbelievably smooooooooooth!!!!
Anyway... I couldn't be more pleased... what a machine!

Congrats PanteraFreak. after '5 minutes alone' with your new 650F you'll find 'This love' will give you 'Strength beyond Strength' and you will not have to 'Walk' again and its a whole 'New Level' to what you rode before. Just don't become a 'Cowboy from Hell' or get 'Fucking Hostile' on the 650F. If you do, just try to avoid turning up at the 'Cemetary Gates'.

Kudos Biker Boy, love your work ! And welcome to PanteraFreak. How come your arms cramped up on the M50? That is in my list of bikes to buy before I die !

I don't know what it was about the M50... but I was always uncomfortable & cramped up after about 30min. From what I understand, Suzuki has worked on the ergonomics for 2010, but they also changed the look of the bike to resemble the rest of the Boulevards with the headlight cowl, I prefer the old M50, it's a mean looking bike! The M50 was a great bike, it was my first & will always be remembered... perhaps when I'm filthy rich I'll get another one some day! That said, the M50 felt like a sluggish pig compared to the 650F!

Hello PantingFreak Wow, A New Bike. .....and BLUE. I hear Blue is really fast!!! Nice Huge Pic's. Make great posters.
I want your review (NOW!!!) Weight. City Traffic handling. Flickable.
what's your inseam big boy?
Hey Pearlzzzzz! Long time no talk... you haven't wrote or called... WTF? lol.
As for the review you demanded.... So far, this machine is perfection for me! As for the weight, it's not noticeable at all when moving, it does become evident when backing up and moving around, but nothing serious. It feels very light & flickable, perhaps not as much as your 650R, but this machine is very confidence inspiring. Another situation where the weight becomes noticeable is in cross winds... this is a good thing... it's rock solid in the wind!! I love it!! Seating position is near perfect for me... arms, wrists, & ass have no complaints, although the longest ride has only been 2hrs thus far.
I have managed to find one flaw so far... There's occasionally a front suspension rattle at low speeds, I checked everything & nothing appears to be loose. After some investigation, I have learned this is common, & is due to the budget (yet functional) suspension setup... I was going to seek therapy for this issue, but I've come to terms with it!!
Overall, I'm 100% sure I picked the right machine. This bike is just so smooooooth & balanced!
You quote & I respond: Long time no talk... you haven't wrote or called... WTF? lol. HEARD U WAS OUT-A-TOWN!
So far, this machine is perfection for me! CUSTOM MADE FOR A LUCKY DUDE, WITH A HAPPY BUTT...AND RIDING BEFORE THE EQUINOX, VERY COOL!
Oh... & well endowed lol ....AND BALANCED ON BOTH SIDES?????
Overall, I'm 100% sure I picked the right machine. YUP, SOUNDS LIKE IT _______________________________________________________________
Hey PantyFreek Here's my 'slow gear' update. Put $ down on GSX650F at dealer. Neurotically changed my mind. Went to another dealer & sat on same bike. Blue (felt very fast) Other dealer took me to service area, turned on same model bike - sweet sounds, music that rocks, mmm rubber. Sensibly changed my mind; 1.5" dogbone arrived from Burkhart; original dealer happy. In April, B.O. (burnt orange-speed of light, blue is too hot to keep up, but hey ) B.O. (black/orange) will be built, lowered, tweeked & tickled just for me.
I started with cruiser, then to Ninja, now to GSXF. Telling a few fellow riders about this purchase, someone said, "they thought that I might go back to a cruiser". Funny or what?
Looking forward to changing my avatar next month. And subbing a review of my own. Loads of research so far, here & everywhere. Hey PF, don't be a stranger. Pearlzzzzz

Hey Panterafreak,
Know what you mean! The 650f is the most awesome bike for the coin. I've had mine just over a year now, and I love it just as much as the day I got her. I said then it's a 10 year bike, and I'll immensely enjoy 9 more years with her!!
