We had two riders locally loose their lives this weekend, in separate unrelated accidents, so I decided to put a gremlin bell on my bike just in case... Well, all I have at the moment is a bell that clips on your fishing pole, but it will have to do until I can get a proper one. I am hanging it on a zip tie on the frame just ahead of the gear shift lever mount. I put it here last night.

Believe it or not, it saved my bacon twice today! On the way to work, I was stopped waiting on traffic to pass so I could make a right hand turn. I saw a car come up behind me and slam on the brakes just in time to keep from hitting me! It was CLOSE! I kind of froze. No time to react, and no where to go. There was too much speeding cross traffic to pull out anyway. Then on the way home from work, a license plate frame, complete with license plate, jumps up in front of me from under the car ahead and just misses me! Wow!

Well here is a site that sell the magic little bells. http://www.gremlinbells.com/

Kris

Did it save you twice today, or cause two incidents for you today?
You just put it on the night before and all of a sudden things happen.
That magic little bell might be a calling card for the little gremlins to attack.

LOL!! I wondered about that too!! I Did make it home in one piece though, and that is what matters! Maybe I don't need some fancy schmancy Gremlin bell since my catfishin'-pole bell works so good! Haha!!
