If you are going to PM members here asking for help or info can I suggest that you use a bit of common politeness.
* Say hello * Say thanks * Put you screen name (at a minimum) in the PM. If you want to you could even put your real name in there
If you send a PM that says something like

how much did XXXXX cost
and that is the whole content of the PM, you will probably get a curt response or none at all, especially if you are a member with a 1 or 2 post history
