So true about using the horn in Pittsburgh. It actually will make people drive slower after using it. Blinking the high beams seems to get the same response as well .

My use of the horn is usually followed by my use of the finger. Then I downshift and they never see me again

I work in Oakland but live North in Cranberry Township. Pretty easy commute as long as there aren't any accidents along the Parkway North.
