The black caps at Clamps come supplied, the red bar end weights are seperate, got those from Sportbiketrackgear

They were silver/gray, there are 2 right were you would normally bolt the clamps for the handle bars right below the key slot. Is this what you are talking about?

Ah yes, body fender washers plastic spray painted super silver, RTV silicon glued in, sourced from ACE hardware. El Cerrito CA
