Has anyone had any two up riding experience with the Sargent seat. I am looking for a good seat to go riding with my girlfriend and it looks like that one would be better (hopefully a lot better) than the stock. Any input would be of great help.

Yea, I just went out yesterday for about 4 hours with my girl on with me. I have the low version that I got over the winter. In my opinion yes over all it does make a difference, worth 400 bucks probably not. The big problem we had riding 2 up was her sliding up against me and constantly have to re-adjust. She still has to do this at just about every stop sign, that is a little better over doing it mid-ride. As far as the comfort goes, I didn't see anything major wrong with the stock seat, it didn't bother me like crazy so that wasn't very important to me. Looking back the design is a huge improvement but not for the cost. Before I bought the seat I had looked into just getting a shop to alter the stock seat. They quoted around 200 for extra padding, re-shape, and re-cover. Didn't seam to bad but I thought the Sargent would be a better long term decision. I'm going to change out every couple of rides between seats to see if I can notice any difference and maybe that will help sway my mind. I think I might just need to get use to the new seat. Let me know if you have any other questions.

I've been wanting to upgrade to a Sargent/Corbin but I'm still waiting for a good deal to come up.
In using the stock seat, my wife always slides forward everytime I hit the brake. To solve this issue, I've ordered Grippy seat cover on ebay. For $20 she doesn't slide at all and the cover doesn't look so bad.

Love mine. Me and the little woman go everywhere and have no comfort problems at all.
