I'm thinking of going naked or maybe even streetfighter over the winter. I've owned my bike ('08) since new, and I really like it, but I'm just a little bored with the appearance of it.

I would have bought a bandit 650 (naked) if they imported them to australia. They dont, so I had to go with the 650F. I've always prefered naked bikes over fully faired bikes (this is only the second fully faired bike I have owned) and I've yet to see an upside to the fairings. People say they give weather protection but they must be riding in some pretty nice weather.
Anyway, my vote : street fighter.

Hey Spin.....I'm in the exact situation you are. The decision to make is killing me! There is just something special about a naked bike that truly appeals to me, I love the idea of an agressive looking machine that is cool, but simple...... An engine....frame...wheels....
I finally got to the Triumph dealer yesterday and got to see and sit on a street triple for the first time in my life. OMG that is an amazing machine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! However, I must say that I could tell immediately that the seat was uncomfy for me, and too much pressure on the wrists...
The GSX650F appeals to me because of the rave reviews....the comfortable rider triangle...the wind protection on the highway, etc....
PS...VOIDED....I LOVE the pic you posted!!! Sweet...
PPS---- I did sit on a Triumph tiger 800 as well, and holy crap, I gotta say that was one of the most comfortable things I've ever sat on. The 800cc engine is a triple, just like the Street Triple, just bored out more..... I can't find a bad review on that bike either!
