I've got the two books that I bought for myself at christmas. Well worth the money. They are focused on track riding but most principals are the same for road.
Twist of the Wrist II is more suited to road riding compared to the first edition which is basically just how to go around corners really, really, really fast....and not crash.

Proficient Motorcycling by David Hough is a good read.
It's focus is on-street riding and how to cope with real world motorbiking hazards.
