Revzilla Placed an order for some Dainese gloves on Apr 16. Actually, I called first to see if they had them in stock like their website said. I was told they were in California, so just a few days extra to get them from California to Philadelphia.
I called two days ago (11 days after placing the order) because I hadn't seen or heard anything regarding shipment. Customer service sounded like they didn't know what was going on with my order. I was told I was going to be called back in just a few minutes, they needed to call Dainese. Not looking good, I thought.
Well an hour after that I call THEM back because I haven't been called back. Was told they hadn't heard anything yet from Dainese.
Two days after this conversation, I'm sitting here now with no news. Revzilla, your customer service sucks. First and last time I order anything through you. And I might just cancel since my order is not important enough to follow through on. Only reason you don't get a "D" is because you offer cashback with your orders. Sadly, I don't plan on stocking up on that cashback. C-
Motorcycle Superstore Has awesome customer service, nice coupons for saving money, and partnerships with other websites to save even more money. Not to mention you get their magazine free with any order. And it's a really nice magazine. If you carried Dainese, you'd be just ridiculously perfect. Won't hold that against you though. My tank bag and Sidi boots arrived quickly, and well packaged. A+
Kneedraggers Has pretty much the entire selection of Dainese products, and that's why I like them, though the Dainese products are not often in stock, so you do have to wait for them. I've also found their customer service to be solid. I love the reviews on each product on the website. It's a nice tool to see what others think of the product they've purchased. A-
If you want to post your reviews, do so in similar fashion below. Name of online store, your review, your grade. For those outside the USA, I'm using the grading system they use in schools here: (A, B, C, D, F) from best to complete Failure.
agree 100% about motorcycle-superstore.com! A+++ pricing, service, and free shipping. I ordered from them Sat. morning and had my items by Tue. afternoon.
