Apologies if this is a repeat post (I thouhgt I'd already said this?):

PR3s are incredibly pressure-sensitive I was told, and you must run them bang-on 36psi to avoid them falling apart.

Nitekreeper, you've clearly proven that you have nothing better to do aside from trolling. I think everyone here would agree with me.

That's news to me Nite, thanks for the heads up. Summer is about over up here in the New York area so there shouldn't be any more 100*F heat that turns the highway into a giant hot plate; however there will be plenty of days where I leave for NYC with frost on the ground and return home in t shirt weather so I'll make sure to check on them often. I haven't lost one pound of pressure in my OEM tires since I bought the bike last winter so hopefully the Michelins will be just as reliable.

PR2 is pretty pressure sensitive too. But like every Michelin tire. 36 PSI (2.5 bar) in the front and 42PSI (2.9bar) in the back. On my new bike I tend to go 34/40 since its 71lbs (32kg) lighter then the 650F.
