The rim tape for the front wheel is in the mail. I goofed up with the previous one, so I took it off.
I'll post another picture with the new rim tape as soon as I install it.

Those mirrors look awesome. Any details on the item listing or seller? I did a search but could not find them. How did they fit up to the original plate?.
I used the rubber base from the original mirrors, which has a hole in the middle (and another two for the screws), otherwise a bit of dremel work would be required, as the base of the mirror is about 1/3 of an inch longer than the space it should fit into. (the dremel work would be invisible as it will fit between the mirror and the cawling).
To make the turn signal wire less visible I had to drill a hole in the cawling (at an angle), and another hole in the middle of the mirror base (the rubber base had 3 holes, the new mirror has just 2). This way the wire goes directly from the mirror, through the mount, in the cawling (if you look at the ebay listing, you see the wire going by the mirror. with a bit of drilling, the wire goes through the mirror). The hole is completely invisible, as it is covered by the mirror's stem.
Now, about the mirrors - they are about as big as the factory ones (so no big visibility improvement here), and they seem a bit more prone to vibration (or maybe I just have to tighten the screws more).
Also, not sure if they will survive a drop (the oem ones are metal, these are ... shiny plastics).

Sorry about the delay - I saw the forum down and I kind of gave up hope it will work again. The turn signals were from a different seller (ebay link http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... 0297539236 ).
They are a bit of a pain to setup, especially if you don't want to scratch/drill the fairing (you need to cut the stalks from the OEM ones and then you need to drill a hole in the turn signal and put a screw through it to the stalk).
You also need to shorten the screws to make sure they won't scratch the fairing.

Gallax did you replace the front fairings or just remove decals and then paint. I am assuming you replaced them due to your tail being black and you mentioning the OEM black tail. Thats the look I am shooting for. I also noticed you wired all the signals to come on. Kinda like parking lights looks nice.

Hi,
Nope, the lights are not "always on", even though, now that I think of it - looks like a good ideea. I put the hazard lights on and took a few pictures 'till I got one with them on. I don't have pictures with the process, but in the first rainy day I'll take the mirrors off and take a round of pictures, if anybody is interested.
I replaced the fairing with the oem - all black one (part numbers 94480-17H10-YAY and 94470-17H10-YAY). The tail is 45500-38G12-4CX.
The truth is, all those parts were less than 1K$ (or around there). So any white bike can be turned into "all black" for around 1k. The other way around is a bit more expensive as the "sports look" adds about $150 per panel (plus decals for some of them).
Best regards.
EDIT: I forgot about the gas tank - so that will be an extra expense if one wants to change the color. Other than that, I'm really happy that the plastics are not too expensive (to replace a scratched bumper on my car was more expensive than all the parts for the fairing).

Nice bike!
Funny to see that you have the mirrors in a difrent angle then i have placed them.
The reason i did it this way was because the screen is also round at the top and the front of the bike is a V shape. just like the mirrors but its not looking bad at all both ways look good imo
