In riding in South and North Carolina I've taken these and thought I would share them The American flags are in Saluda SC. They ladies of the town started this and update it weekly when an American Solider is killed in the war on terror....

No the dam in Lancaster. Not to far from Charlotte. If you in the Charlotte area you are only a few miles from great riding in the Winnsboro area. I ride in that area and Rock Hill all the time. Winnsboro is about half way between Charlotte and Columbia. I can give you the road numbers if you like.

If you have specific suggestions yes please although I do see that 321, 200, and 21 go straight through the area What are the good ones and is there a lot of police there?

More Pic's of my travels in SC. These aren't far from Columbia. You just have to know where. In Winnsboro there's an old abandoned granite quarry. Some of that area, all the stone work.
