I wrote earlier that I was getting some sputtering and loss of power in the afternoon. Since that post, I have noticed it happening some more but not as bad. This is happening only after 5:00 when I get off work and the temps here have been in the high 90's. The bike sputters a bit with lessening of power for a brief time within the first mile or two, goes back to normal and then nothing further till the next day.
I thought the problem may have been bad gas but I have gassed up at several different places so I don't believe that to be the problem. Is it possible I am getting a vapor lock? Would it help to open the tank for a second or two before cranking up when it is so hot outside? No problems whatsoever in the morning. Thanks!

Ignition Coils. They are on top of your spark plugs. You will have to remove the fuel tank/side fairing to gain access to all 4 coils. The fuel tank is being held by 2 bolts (10mm) on the bottom side (underneath seat). In the front it 'hooks' onto the frame securing it. If the tank is (near) full I would suggest a second pair of hands aiding you in lifting the tank up.
Out of curiosity I looked online for what the coils cost and couldn't find it. On my Honda car they are about $125 each, and knowing other prices for Suzuki from the bloggers here, such as $180 for a new rectifier, I expect the coils aren't cheap. But, let us know what you find, interesting, albeit annoying for you, problem.

if you have water in your fuel it will continue for tanks. You can get a water eliminator from your local mechanical store, this can take a few tanks or empty the tank completely (which means removing the tank) and then refilling. I would try the first option, if its wrong it will cost you about$5

Wow, I had no idea the coils would be that expensive. I will try running all the fuel out to insure any water gets out first as suggested. Not using any special fuels, just the regular stuff as far as I know. Last fuel came from a BP station; perhaps it had Gulf water in it.
I'd try the gas treatment first, then check the plugs. If one is black, and not the usual light gray in color, try switching coils and see what that does. Had to do this for my Honda van to find the bad coil.

Not in most cases but ethanol blend fuel gets water in it easier than non ethanol blend fuel. the higher the blend, the greater the problem with water. If you use it quick it is usually fine but if you leave it sitting it causes some problems the longer it sits.
