Oh GoPro, GoPro... Wherefore art thou? Welp, I was heading to the bank from the house and when I got to the bank, I reached down to pause my GoPro recording and she wasn't there. I secured her on me tank like I always do and was a happy lil camper. The tank was clean. A friend suggested it could have been the heat that made it fall off. I searched both sides of hwy 20 to no avail and walked it on both sides from Web Gin to the Kroger downtown, in my full suit. Boy was it HOT!! Anyway, if you have a GoPro and are using the suction cup mount, keep an eye on it, or tie a cord to it and the bike so if it does fall it will still be there for ya. If not, then you could lose $350.00 in the blink of an eye.

That's terrible! I always use a neck lanyon clipped to mine and anchored somewhere on the bike 'just in case'. But be forewarned, if you use a metal clip it can rattle and be picked up by the microphone. So you need to connect it in a way that won't cause any noise.
Speaking of helmet cams have you seen the new HD Drift camera? I was going to buy a second GoPro to get multiple angles but I'm going to try this one instead because it has a LCD preview, capability for remote mic and a remote control. These things are just amazing technology.
