the other day near work , we had a few cowboys have a shoot out in the kfc carpark, a poor innocent bloke who was not involved about 200m down the road in his truck was killed as a result of a stray bullet.
If you got any spare coin buy a bullet proof vechile.

Wow, a thread that looks like it stayed on track/topic.
I'm not sure I agree with the "right to bear arms" thing the yanks go on with (in fact I don't think I agree with half the BS the yanks go on with) but can kinda see why people do carry bang sticks.
I've been in a situation where things went a little pear shaped and if it hadn't been for a mate taking out his killing stick and pointing it at the MoFo that was causing trouble with the intention of using it if need be (if you're not prepared to pull the trigger, don't point it), it most probably would have turned out a little more ugly than it did (but then again I don't know either).
In response to the original question I never used to carry a gun unless I was at work and the need was there, but now that I have a different job and we tend to travel for enjoyment a bit now, I am seriously considering it again
