They are overflow tubes. I believe they are for the fuel tank and antifreeze. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. I didn't like the looks of mine so I cut them about 35mm shorter.

There overflow tubes....
One from the tank,and the other one with the plug comes from your airfilterbox.
Any water (condens) drips to the lowest part of the box...and into the rubber tube.
Because you can't have water sucked in, when it is raining, they put a plug in the tube.
With every maintenence , just remove the plug and let the water (if there is any) drip out.
Don't forget to put the plug back

ok, so now we talk about 3 pipes:
1 that does have a plug and is located on right side of the bike and those 2 that I pictured (they arent visible until few days ago)
i have the same two in the picture, is one suppose to have a plug, or are we talking about a different tube?
