30's is about as low as it gets here. I've ridden in the 20's too. It's not so bad with the right gear.

0 degrees celsius.

It it pretty rare that it will get to that down here, but I've had a cold 2 degrees ride to work a few mornings in the winter.

I have been riding to work at 4:30 am and it's been as low as 38F for the past week or two. I do not have adaquate cold weather gear so I wear my army PT jacket under my thin leather jacket as an extra wind buffer. I have ridden in weather as low as 32-33F which I don't mind as long as I'm bundled up properly.

I'll ride only if it's high 30's fahrenheit or better.
Too damn cold below that for my sissy butt.

I am also in Canberra, and I dont have any other form of transport so the lowest temp I'll ride in is however cold it gets.

I have heated grips and when it gets really cold I use "Oxford Muffs", which look really naff but they allow me to ride without my hands going numb from cold. Other than that, I just keep throwing on more and more layers till I am warm enough.

I've only gone down to about 7 degrees Celsius but that's mainly because I currently have a GS500 with seems to really hate being started in anything colder. (especially when it has to sit outside while I work all night)

About 30F is my limit in the PNW. The DOT likes to put down tons of sand and snot like deicer all over the main roads. Any twisties are covered in half wet, half frozen leaves, moss lerking below and high-wind tossed limbs and branches. Really no fun to hit a corner with the natural and unnatural debris around during late fall and winter. Until next riding season I'm just a riding commuter.

Human Potato, yep every day rider too, no matter the weather. Hot Grips, Dri-Rider Highlander gloves, Dri-Rider Dual sport jacket with rain and quilted liner fitted, jumper underneath, Quilted waterproof Aquastar pants gets me through the colder mornings. Neck sock also helps. :)

The coldest temps I rode in last winter were 17F or -8C. I only had problems keeping my fingers warm, but I have electric/heated gloves this year! I ride every day to work, but it is only about 25 minutes one way, so I am not exposed for too long.
